In Megamind (2010), Metro Man (Brad Pitt) is caught having faked his death and explains to Megamind and Roxanne that on the day he did it, he used his super speed to go for a walk and clear his head. In the live feed projections, you can see him blip out for a tenth of a second and blip back.

Pretty sure during the flash back it shows him do it earlier in megaminds rant, before he actually says fire the laser.

I think you actually see him flash in for a frame behind megamind. Doesn’t he go there to see him at some point when he clears his head?

In The Flash (TV, 2017) Barry Allan is confronted by Metro Man (aka The Fastest Man Alive). He exclaims “I’m not fast enough!”, but if you listen closely, you can hear his sister/wife whisper “I believe in you,” which causes him to go faster.

Deduct a point for the projector beam that flickers despite the projected image being almost still.
