I don’t know about everyone else but for some reason the credits were really inspiring to me. Seeing everyone’s raw creativity with how they choose to represent themselves through animation is a strangely beautiful thing.

Shit, that was amazing. Transitions were done well EVERY single time, which is the most impressive thing to me. Not to mention the little Megaman Battle Network reference in the middle there. Congrats to the Grumps on 5 great years!

Gets me a bit emotional. The Grumps have such a passionate loving audience with soooo much talent, seeing it all over 16 minutes is insane. Props to every single one of them involved, lots of great variety and flare. And all for one of my favorite grump videos of all time.

It’s kinda funny how, ten years ago, Egoraptor was regarded as one of the greatest animators on the internet, and now, there are dozens and dozens of animators who are more skilled than Arin ever was who want to animate him talking.

This is without a doubt my favorite animated. My favorite part was the “absolutely silent” run. I liked the character that the artist showed through movement of Dan.

    Plus it was hella funny.

The ending really showed each animators different art styles, making it amazing how a bunch of amazing animators came together to draw 2 guys playing a hard game for the fun of it

Bless this community, Bless these animators and most importantly,

Bless the gamegrumps, for everything they have done for us.

This was an incredible ride. Even the credits were entertaining! You can tell that a lot of love went into this.

I can’t imagine what it must feel like for Arin and Dan. For this many people to come together and create something like this, it must be amazing. What a way to celebrate five years.

    July 19, 2017 at 12:30 am

I was very disappointed with how his tantrum at the end after he ended the game by accident was treated. That should have been a moment of pure triumph for whoever animated it but instead he just kind of sits and screams while gesturing a bit. Where are the crazy exaggerated poses and facial expressions and crazy camera movement/angles? Also, I would have preferred if all the stories he told were visualised, because I got kind of bored of that boss room getting redrawn.

Other than that it was amazing!

Well… Actually, Suzy wasn’t in this fan work so that’s automatically a 0/10.

Today has been a great fucking day in grumpland between this and the tour. Honestly, I didn’t even remember this episode at first but the amount of awesome and different talent that was showcased here was brilliant. I don’t mean to take away from the rest of the video (because it was all awesome) but my favorite part was definitely the end both because we got to see how the animators represent themselves, and also because of the cool remix music in the background. Good day!

This left me speechless. And almost made me cry come the credits.
They’ve worked so hard for the past 5 years, and I’m so proud to see them accomplishing all of this, and so grateful to have been apart of at least the last 3 years of it.

I wish they had animated a better episode, personally. I’ve always felt like Arin was really playing it up for this bit, like he’s not being completely genuine in how “mad” he is. Maybe it’s just me, I don’t really understand how someone can get *that* angry over a silly boss fight in a joke game.
